C25K - Week Two

Down 5 lbs!
Week 2 - done! So this post is a little late...
It took me a bit and I took some time off (obviously), but I completed it!

I'm down 5 whole pounds from when I started my life change to get fit at the beginning of June!

I took Wyatt with me to a weightlifting class at the gym yesterday. I felt like a badass afterwards and am excited to go again Saturday. It was Wyatt's first time at the play center and I was extrememly nervous, but things went well. He cried when they put him in the Bumbo and then took a nap.

They lost his binky  *that he's used since birth* and I didn't realize it til I was heading home. I started to cry and called AJ, then decided I wasn't going to be the crazy mom that cries over sentimental binkies.

Last night AJ and I did some back exercises together that the doctor gave him when he threw his back out a couple years ago. I wish he would do C25K with me, working out with people is really motivating.

It has been 100+ degrees here in Missouri lately. It feels horrible and muggy outside. Definitely not running weather unless you get up at dawn, which I have failed at the past couple days.

Anyway, just wanted to update on my slow (but sure...) progress!
