Dear Wyatt,
You are 13 weeks old and are tons of fun!
You are showing your personality now more than ever. You are so happy, content, and laid back but in the same minute if you decide you are hungry all hell breaks lose and you are impatient and have a bit of a temper!
At 13 weeks you are looking at your hands, grasping things with a tight grip, and enjoying the world around you!
We put you in your rainforest Jumparoo and you bounce around to the music and laugh at the animals. You even have been watching TV from your Jumparoo- it's so funny!

Ever since the move to the crib things have been going great. You sleep through the night every night and wake up around 5:30 every morning. It's perfect because I can give you a bottle before I leave for work.
You are digging taking a bath more than ever. The other day AJ got the tub too full so when you were kicking and splashing around you totally soaked me - but it was okay because I was laughing along with you!
You've finally gotten into books and I have been having a good time reading to you because you smile and look at the pictures. You are really into "The Polite Elephant" because you try to laugh and wave your arms around. Your Great Grandma got that book for you.
The other night we took you to the Friday night kickball game that my coworkers played. I had you in your carrier and you were so happy looking around at all the people. Allie had brought Lilly as well and you guys were a little more interested in each other this time. You were kicking your feet and waving your arms and having a good time until you fell asleep near the end, only to wake up when we got in the car.
I can't believe in 2 days you will be 3 months old. I get sentimental thinking about our late nights/early mornings when you were itty bitty and it was just me and you in our bewitching-hour-bubble. I think about curling up on the couch with you one particular early morning. It was so cold out, and our house was chilly, so I tucked you in close to me and our faces were only inches apart. I pulled the blanket up over us and got as cuddled up as we could. I remember staring at you before I drifted off to sleep and my heart felt so full. I think about that moment a lot when I think about you being so little.
Now you are my big boy, who is learning more and more every day. You are interested in everything, even the smell of your daddy's pancakes :)
On Sunday we spent the afternoon/evening at your Grandpa McKinney's. I put you in your carrier and walked you around the farm looking at the cows and trees and flowers. We went inside and you sat with your daddy looking at the room and faces around you.
