You are 45 Weeks Old this week.
Something I have realized lately is that the amount of pics I am taking is becoming less and less the more on the move you get! I don't have time to whip out my iPhone and snap a shot when you are halfway climbing up the TV, or in the dog bowl, or cleaning out the entire end table. There are a lot of action shots and when you aren't on the move, you are sleeping, and it isn't like mommy doesn't have 5,193 shots of you sleeping already!
You have this new "game" of crawling over to the window, pulling up on the window sill, and taking your daddy's DVDs off the shelf one by one and tossing them on the floor. It cracks me up. He has one row of "his" movies and you only bother that one row. I like watching you do it, because you consider each one and then give it a toss.
You like to peek outside the window in the living room and outside the window on the door to the back deck. You'll even bang on the window and let out a holler if you see something particularly interesting.
You have really gotten into your walker now too. You don't really tolerate the Jumperoo anymore and I don't know how I am going to start getting my showers in on my days off when it is just me and you.
You are also really interested in going through drawers, which makes me a little nervous because you have slammed your fingers shut a couple times and don't really like it very much! I had to clean out the drawers of the end tables in the living room because you didn't really need to be messing around with a candle lighter or a camera cord (or whatever else of randomness I had shoved in there hidden!).
A couple new things this past week have been you whispering "Dadadada" to us. I also tried out cloth diapering for a couple days. They are super cute and seem to absorb really well up to a couple hours, but I don't have a sprayer or any type of "system" going and with only 6 diapers you really can't. I do like them and plan on really using them once I get my sprayer in. I think I'll still use the disposables at Liz's, on outings, and throughout the night (you are SUCH a heavy night wetter!). So we won't be full-time CDing. I am also looking into other cloth diapers that fit "chunkier" babies better ;)
Love,
Momma
