After over a week of getting HCG's drawn with #'s going up and up...58...522...1330, today was the first ultrasound to determine what exactly I had growing in my uterus (A cabbage? A duck? A baby?). Turned out it is a black jellybean growing in my womb that is causing me to pee every 10 minutes. Go figure.
Well Baby, turns out that you can get pregnant immediately, and I mean immediately, after a miscarriage. Because I miscarried almost 5 weeks ago and they are estimating you are 5 weeks and 2 days along. Okay, I understand that there is no way that is possible, but just letting you know that apparently we didn't waste any time.
I got to see you today, Lil Boop (your nickname that AJ and I have been calling you instead of "the baby", because, well, you aren't anythng but a Lil Boop on the screen in the ultrasound office). But I did get to see you today, little black jellybean, Lil Boop, and I love you already.
